I took it to UPS and then called and expressed my frustration to a rep and his manager, named May A. I advised that I've been a longtime desertcart Prime member and how incredibly unhappy I was with the purchase and service, and I was not issued my money back. I would not recommend it at all, and most likely will cancel my membership. DO NOT BUY!!!
