The shampoo is effective enough to completely wash away all the oil on my scalp with one application (super rare for me, especially if it's been 2 or 3 days since my last wash) and it doesn't leave my hair stripped of its natural oils. The scent is soooo lovely, like gingerbread. It works up a good lather and it's a great price. The conditioner is thick and leaves my hair nice and soft. A little goes a long way and it doesnt leave any residue, feel heavy in my hair, or make my hair oily.
