Review: Does the job - I keep buying this because it is the only one I will use for my pet. Scent is amazing, and I am happy it stays on the cat as long as it can. Just fill up a bucket of water, pour some soap in, and watch it bubble up. The cat never has any skin issues and I can easily bathe the cat quickly. Makes the cat look nice and clean for a long time.
Review: Amazing Item, Tape Bottles Closed When Shipping Please - The item itself is amazing and I'm using on my 2 kittens and adult cat and their fur feels amazing afterwards. But i had an issue with my first order and it was the same issue with the second order, but far less leaked out. The lids need to be taped closed when being transported, and especially when they're in just a bubble envelope for shipping and a plastic bag. The first order both bottles were opened at the top, the lid was practically off one bottle and it was all in the shipping package. The second order barely leaked out but both bottles, the tops, were still open. This would save a lot of replacement orders I'm sure.

I keep buying this because it is the only one I will use for my pet. Scent is amazing, and I am happy it stays on the cat as long as it can. Just fill up a bucket of water, pour some soap in, and watch it bubble up. The cat never has any skin issues and I can easily bathe the cat quickly. Makes the cat look nice and clean for a long time.

The item itself is amazing and I'm using on my 2 kittens and adult cat and their fur feels amazing afterwards. But i had an issue with my first order and it was the same issue with the second order, but far less leaked out. The lids need to be taped closed when being transported, and especially when they're in just a bubble envelope for shipping and a plastic bag. The first order both bottles were opened at the top, the lid was practically off one bottle and it was all in the shipping package. The second order barely leaked out but both bottles, the tops, were still open. This would save a lot of replacement orders I'm sure.

The Burt's Bees shampoo always works well for my cat. However, the two bottles they sent me this time were leaking and it got everywhere inside the package, only left me with 2/3 bottles each. Please do better with screwing the caps tight before shipment.
