Je n'ai pas encore commencé car problème au dos et remise en place par ostéo mais les sliding plates glissent super bien, que ce soit sur la moquette ou le carrelage. Je suis inscrite sur Emily SKYE (australienne) via l'appli, ayant véçu en Australie, j'adore cette méthode complète (repas, entrainement, forum d'entraide, conseils, menus quotidiens...). J'ai donc besoin de tout le matériel: glisseurs, ballon de yoga, poids... Beast gear parait une super marque, je recommande!
