Yesterday I hear this loud noise coming from my fish room. I find out it's this unit and it's very warm. Turned it off and contacted the manufacturer. Horrible service, they want video (which you can't send to them) and a bunch of other stuff. Well, here's the video.... Ok, so customer service went out of their way to make it right and sent me the parts needed to fix this. Took a little over a week to receive them and about 15 min to install.
