If you have ever done a renovation, you will know that it can take 2-3 times as anticipated, especially if you are doing the work yourself. So having this faucet recently installed, we found and issue with the hose for the wand. apparently there were holes in the tubing underneath the spiral and when you cut it on, the water would spray in mutliple direction. Even after all that time, I contacted customer service via email and told them about this issue. In less than 24hours I got a reply that they would send a new hose, and a couple of days later I had the new one installed and have been up and running ever since. So in short, I think this is a great quality, beautiful, smoothly working faucet that is easy to operate and suits all my needs. Those things coupled with a company that eagerly stands behind there products makes recommending this faucet an easy choice.
