A: LOL no they do not. You must still get your butt off the couch and make the effort yourself. I recommend turn off the TV put your phone down and go get it done!

A: Mine came with tie laces but you could always buy and add style of laces you prefer

**Q: Are these water proof?**
A: No, they are mesh. Far from water proof

Ich benutze sie zum Joggen und manchmal auch für den Alltag. Allerdings haben meine Füße ein zwei Wochen gebraucht bis sie sich an die Schuhe gewöhnt haben. In dieser Zeit habe ich mir eine Blase geholt, aber no biggie... Würde die Schuhe wieder kaufen.

Tenis muito confortável, especialmente para quem tem os pés largos pois a parte dianteira é espaçosa e em corridas longas permite bom ajuste sem incomodar dedos e unhas. O tamanho 42 pesa 344 gramas.
