My third purchase - I felt the difference, no taste & stomach feels light.

I wish it hadn't taken me 38 years to understand the awesomeness of Probiotics! My BMs used to either be rock-hard pebbles or very soft/messy (after drinking my morning coffee). I've been taking this supplement in the morning in a glass of water (with a splash of Mio to Go) for about 2 weeks now and it is perfect. I also have found that I am gassy a lot less often. I can't wait to try this when my period comes and see if it can fix my ridiculous body.

I use a packet in my morning drink, which includes fresh veggie and fruit, and collagen powder. The taste is subtle and pleasant, when poured in the mouth or mixed with water. Who can't use more friendly flora?! The packets must be cut with a scissors, to open. No biggie.

My condition is bloating. After a week on the product, I felt less full but was hoping to look less full. Also, got a bit of energy. Took it without drinking anything with it. Then I gave it a break and took during my cycle and felt a difference.

This is a great Probiotic and easy to mix. Works!

UPDATE- the seller reached out to me & provided full refund bc of this review & sending me a stronger probiotic to try ! What a wonderful customer service! So I changed to 3* !———————Didn’t notice a single Change , I’ve tried other probiotics that immediately help my BMs but not this one…. So I’ll go back to my previous probiotics
