Are they toxic and contain formeldahyde?** A: Probably not, dont eat it. **Q: Are the demensions from the outside of the frame or inside the edges?** A: I bought the one marked for 24 x 36 and it is NOT from the inside edge. The inside edge measurement is 23.5" x 35.5" If you have a poster/image with information at the edges it will be partially covered. I am having to return the ones I bought specifically because I need the full image information to be visible. **Q: What are the measurements from the outside of the frame?** A: The dimensions of the outside of the frame are 26.5x20.6x0.5 inches. **Q: How wide is the border on the 24x36 frame?** A: I bought the 18x24” sized frame.
