Le scatole inserite in una busta di carta completamente danneggiate un tubo di colore aperto o rotto....richiesto il reso ma per rimpacchettare avrei dovuto macchiare tutto.....ho rinunciato

El producto esta muy bien porque con el desaparecen los tonos anaranjados. Lo que no esta bien es el repartidor que lo llevo a mi casa, le dije que avisara al portero de la finca y se lo diera en mano y lo dejo al lado de la porteria, dentro de la urbanizacion pero en el exterior, no se lo dio al portero, ni le avisó de que lo habia dejado ahi. Por ahi pasan muchas personas y se lo pudo llevar cualquiera, asi que el reparto....una porqueria.

Es la segunda vez que compro este tinte y el color cubrió todo mi color anaranjado anterior. Bonito tono y brillo que proporciona su acondicionador. Sin duda volveré a comprarlo. He quedado súper satisfecha.
