I personally like the cream better than the lotion. The lotion and the cream both equally do the same thing. I just hate the bottle that the lotion comes in. I feel like I can control the amount of cream I use better in the jar. That’s the only reason i like the cream better. One more thing, the lotion may be better in the summer and the cream in the winter due to the difference in consistency. Good luck. You will not go wrong with which ever one you choose.
