Una volta aperti i colori si presentano (parere mio) in un ordine quantomeno particolare (lo swatch segue l'ordine in cui i colori erano proposti nella confezione.) che mi ha costretta (ma è una fissazione mia) a riorganizzarli per dargli un senso visto che il viola era buttato in mezzo ai rossi e la gamma dei marroni era "spezzata" a metà. Ovviamente è un'inezia ma è la prima volta che mi capita di trovare un set con i colori disposti in questo modo. Colori vibranti e vari (può sembrare una banalità ma alcune marche vendono set con colori eccessivamente simili non coprendo alcune tonalità essenziali. Inoltre alcuni colori sono veramente interessanti). Si sfumano bene (La foto dello swatch è solo per mostrare i colori ma è fatto su una carta di infima qualità pertanto il risultato è pessimo. Inoltre nella foto della palette ci sono due intrusi- Blu Turchese Chiaro e Lillac sempre della Shinhan SWC) Si reidratano facilmente. L'unica perplessità è sulla resistenza alla luce in quanto molti sono valutati come 3 stelle. Ma per il prezzo pagato ho i miei dubbi. La pecca più grande del set è la mancanza di informazioni. Il pacchetto arriva nella sua (quasi) anonima scatoletta blu priva di informazioni di qualsivoglia genere o tipo. Niente opuscolo per illustrare gli altri prodotti del marchio. If you search for crushon Shinhan PWC watercolor paint (they are sold here on Amazon) those are the professional artist grade Shinhan watercolors. I don't know why "crushon" is the way to determine artist v student grade - possibly a distributor's name. The professional artist grade paint is very good and they have a lot of single pigment colors. Every paint manufacturer has their own name for a paint and for example, "Permanent Red" might be made with a different red pigment as the same name of the paint by another manufacturer. Always look for the pigment number(s) for the paint by whichever manufacturer you are shopping. An example: You are taking a class and in the materials list the instructor has all Winsor and Newton Professional Paint names listed. Let's say you can't find that brand but you can find Daniel Smith, Da Vinci, Sennelier, etc. brands (make sure you are looking at the professional grade paint for comparison). When you are looking for the color names on the list first find the pigment number(s) for the W&N paint and jot it down beside the names. Go to W&N's website and open another tab or window (whichever is best with your web browser) and go to the website of the manufacturer whose paint you can find in an art store or here. You'll want to keep both manufacturers sites so you can compare. Even though our computer monitors don't show the paint color with 100% accuracy you can get a good idea if you are comparing pigment numbers. Remember that one manufacturer may use a single pigment and another may use two pigments. That is why I suggest that you have both websites up to make the comparison. Cotman colors are $3.25 compared to $1.00 for Shinhan. I've done some pigment research and found there are only TWO material saftey data sheets for Shinhan watercolor lines. I am speculating that the 'third' version may be an old or new name designation for one of the two lines. These seem to be the 'Artist' not the PWC, more premium version. I have done one color test and like many of the colors better than Cotman. I also have Turner and Seneilier. These are worth far more than the Dollar per tube price. Eigentlich wurden mir die Farben geschenkt, ich würde aber trotzdem gerne eine Rezension verfassen (die ich durch weiteres testen der Farben immer wieder aktualisieren werde). Geliefert wurden mir 30 Tuben a 7,5 ml in einer schönen Verpackung die man gut ins Regal stellen kann, die Tuben lassen sich natürlich auspressen um die Farbe in Näpfchen zu füllen oder direkt auf die Palette zu drücken. Ich kenne die Shinhan Aquarellfarben erst seit kurzem, male aber selbst schon seit guten 10 Jahren. Meine all time favorites sind (leider) White Nights, die obwohl sie der Artist Serie angehören, leider eine schlechte Lichtechtheit aufweisen. Genau aus diesem Grund brauche ich für diverse Arbeiten eine Marke die gute Lichtechte, lebendige Farbe herstellt, die man auch wieder vom Papier lösen kann. In meiner Laufbahn habe ich schon viele Farben verwendet, bin bis heute aber immer bei White Nights und Holbein gestrandet, andere Marken wie Sennelier, Old Holland oder Daniel Smith haben mich persönlich nicht überzeugt. Ich will damit nicht sagen, das andere Farben schlecht sind, im Gegenteil - ich bin nur nicht bereit mir um 200 Euro Schmincke Horadam zuzulegen - wenn ich billigere Farben finde, die sich fast gleich verhalten und ein Drittel kosten. Allgemein lassen sich die Shinhan Farben sehr gut verarbeiten, die Farben sind strahlend, hell, lebendig und frisch, auch nach dem Trocknen, sind einige Farbtöne dabei, die man gerne in die eigene Palette aufnimmt (Saftgrün zB). Daneben finde ich die Namen der Farben sehr interessant, weil sich Shinhan hier nicht an die "üblichen Farbnamen", an die Holbein Namen kommen sie aber leider nicht heran. Es klingt blöd, manchmal ist aber auch der Name ausschlaggebend, wenn man Jahre lang täglich mit den Farben arbeitet, klingt manches besser als anderes. Ich werde die Farben weiterhin testen und euch dann noch eine Farbkarte inklusive Fotos hochladen und hoffe das euch meine Rezension helfen konnte. Dieser Teil meiner Rezension, versteht sich als eine Art Signatur meinerseits, in die ich mehrere Stunden an Recherche verbracht habe. Ich hoffe, das ich damit Anfängern genauso wie Fortgeschrittenen eine kleine Hilfestellung bieten kann und zwar geht es um "Preise für Aquarellfarben".
