The sleeves are a little long but I suspect this is normal for this type of garment. So, I am not sure what to recommend except be aware the size seems to be correct out of the bag. If you are on the smaller end of the size needed, order the correct normal size for you. If on the larger, go up BUT be aware you are probably going to have to shrink it like I did. As a perfect medium, I would much rather have ordered that size than have to shrink it. Quality-wise, it is quite heavy cotton and seems well made.
