It's got a traditional closure, which I appreciate as it's more secure than the typical smart watch bands. The orange color really pops and the band feels high quality. I bit the bullet and gave it a go. This is not an ordinary silicone band with a print on it. I've had mine for over a year, 365-day wear, and I am showing very little signs of wear or that the image is fading. The band itself doesn't feel cheap either, like other silicone ones do. Also, it comes with different size connectors so I'm not worried if I get a new watch with a different size.***CUSTOMER SUPPORT***Off-the-charts excellent. It's noticeable. It seems that customer service these days is pretty lousy with most companies that I experience. They are all more or less the same.
