Can't I just take more of regular Vitamin C?** A: You should research this. Regular vitamin c is absorbed far less than the regular c. The liposomal c is surrounded by lipids which alllow it to travel throughout the length of the intestines. Thus allowing almost 100% to be bioavailable to your body. I may not have expreseed it as eloquently, so please research. Also look at the documentary that appeared on 60-Min uses TV program. **Q: Why has the price been raised to $119? Very disgraceful!** A: Price gouging. I bought this same product count (90 packets) in Jan for $98.95. I reported the price gouging it to Amazon and posted a review warning of the gouging.
