- Built-in to the body is a 5-axis sensor-shift Vibration Reduction (VR) mechanism that compensates for up to five stops of stabilization regardless of the lens in use. This system also works with adapted lenses, when using the optional FTZ Adapter, where 3-axis stabilization is used. **Q: Will this fit an AF-S lense?**
A: You can buy a Nikon Mount Adapter FTZ. On a Z camera with the Mount Adapter FTZ, compatible F-Mount NIKKOR lenses retain all of their sharpness and superb rendering power. Plus, they gain so much—smooth, fast Hybrid-AF*, silent shooting, breakthrough low-light performance, the benefits of the camera's built-in VR image stabilization and more. *Full AF/AE supported when using FX or DX AF-S Type G/D/E, AF-P type G/E, AF-I type D and AF-S/AF-I Teleconverters.

**Q: Does the "body only" model come with battery, charger, case or lanyard?**
A: Yes. You will get the camera body, battery, charger, lanyard, and manual.

**Q: What's the warranty like if bought outside us of a? international?**
A: Just a guess no warranty

**Q: How smooth is the manual focus ring. Last few autofocus nikon lenses I've owned are all really loose and sloppy.**
A: If you have cheaper Z mount lenses, manual focusing is not particularly great.  Lenses are made primarily for autofocusing.  The larger S lenses should be better.  I've ordered 105mm S macro and would expect manual focusing to be excellent.

This camera takes awesome photos! I got it for taking low light pictures of my dogs. And when I get another lens, I’m going to start doing Astro photography.
