Review: Perfect for gifting - When making zucchini bread (or other kinds--today was apple bread), I like to make extra to share. These small 'pans' are a perfect size for that, smaller than a regular loaf pan. They are sturdy enough that you can put the filled pans into the oven without a baking sheet (although I put it on the oven shelf at an angle so it stays level). The cake bakes beautifully. I leave the cake in the pan to cool and deliver. The contents release well and in tact. Very pleased with this although I wish they were cheaper. Still the quality is there and that's important. The pan doesn't need to be sprayed either in order to allow for easy release. Will buy more as needed.

Had lots of persimmons so decided to make some persimmon loafs. They turned out great in these and I didn’t have to grease the sides either. Def would recommend if you are giving loaves away or if you just want to wash one less thing.
