**Q: How long does it take for results to show?**
A: TBH, I did not see much noticeable improvements with the Eye Cream. Their Face Serum works  wonders though. Clinique Eye Serum did the trick for me. Hope that helps.

**Q: Is it cruelty free?**
A: FILORGA has not established a vegan charter and does not have a vegan/cruelty-free label.  
There are many vegan/cruelty-free labels which have varying requirements depending on their  specifications. They may check that a brand does not test on animals, or that it does not use raw  materials that are of animal origin or produced by exploiting animals. 
Please note that FILORGA complies with the EU regulation that has banned animal testing of  cosmetics since 2004 and raw materials since 2009. 
Most FILORGA products do not contain animal-origin ingredients.
