They stay up but a couple have fallen after being brushed by, so Im going to try more strips on each one. **Q: Can I use green glue? Is it going to be more effective?** A: Green glue is not an adhesive, but a layer of soundproofing. It "cures" but never fully dries, and is meant to go between two hard surfaces, not soft. So I don't think it will work. **Q: Is it better to use these on the inside or outside of bedroom door?** A: I don't think it would matter. You could do both sides. **Q: Why are these listed as 8 x 12" but the ones I received look like kid's samples? They only measure 5.5" x 8.75". The first set was installed by someone else in my house without checking the dimensions first. I ordered the second set based on them telling me that they worked really well without getting to see them myself. I reordered the exact item through Amazon by means of the "order this again" option and the second set that I received was the correct measurement that it should have been for the first order. However the first set was already installed and now I have these much larger panels. I don't want to have to remove the old panels off of my door and reconfigure send them back and reorder new ones. I would very much like to be sent the smaller panel size so that I could just continue filling up the door with the existing pattern. I've been having an extremely difficult time through Amazon customer service as well as the sellers customer service email to get this handled. The product itself works great. The self-adhesion works, The color is what I wanted, and it helps to reduce incoming noise from outside of my room.
