Putting the adapter on the lens was very tight and it never clicked into place - so it could fall out of the adapter/camera. This is the 2nd of these types of adapters that doesn't take my M-mount Voigtlander lenses. The other adapter I've tried was a high-end Shoten close-focus adapter (M -> X) from eBay.
