Although it took some getting use to, I was able to do it myself with my right hand, getting a little easier as the days went on. I did not need the disc for waterproof issues. My seal on my sleeve was blue and was tight. **Q: I just had elbow surgery to reattach tendon. Entire arm immobilized. Will this fit woman 5’3” or will it be too long? Would kids long be better?** A: The circumference of your upper arm is most important, to me.
