A: Depends on the helmet. Please specify what type of helmet you are planing to use. If helmet with the back covered, like motorcycle, they will not work because plastic of the glasses wraps around

A: No. They are not comfortable to be worn over glasses. It is possible but not comfortable.

**Q: Can this be used for sports such as soccer? Will it not fog?**
A: Soccer would be a good use for these, as they are really thin and flexible. As far as fogging, my experience is that all plastic and polycarbonate will fog with the right difference in temerature. If you intend on using these for an adult, I recommend spending more and getting a better pair.

**Q: Can these be used for martial arts or boxing?**
A: No, these specs can not be used for this purpose.
