Despite the oily appearance of the formula (which is related instead to the silicone), it feels surprisingly light and moisturizing, and I love that there’s no alcohol, which can irritate and dry my skin. It is my favorite daily sunscreen, and I actually prefer it to many of the Japanese brands famous for “cosmetic elegance.” My only complaints have been the cost (but there are frequent sales) and the lower water/sweat resistance. Although I hate rushing to reapply with even light exercise, the sunscreen is so comfortable to wear that reapplications and consistent use are not as taxing as they could be.
