It’s a very pale lavender colour and swells up as soon as urine touches it **Q: There are 2 bags per box, do you use both bags per litter tray or is it 1 bag per 1 litter tray?** A: Using one bag of litter per tray is plenty. This is the way most people use litter, but in reality it never has to be that deep. I never tip the whole bag of this type in, or any type of litter. I tip about 1/2" in and then when Neppy does a wee or poo clear it straightaway and only top up every two to three days. If you have an indoor cat, topping up might be daily, but only with the amount you have cleared away. Honestly, it makes the litter last a lot longer and it never gets smelly, after all we flush every go, so leaving it in the tray is well not really very nice for your cat, he/she will bury it with a lot of litter, if you do use this method you should clear it away quickly. EASY if you work for home or are at home all the time. Just a suggestion - This works well for our cat and is kinder on the purse strings. **Q: Can tou flush it down the toilet?** A: Yeah you can - I do it and it’s fine 😂 just have to put a bit of toilet roll at the bottom first. Then shovel it into loo. Limit about 4 scoops per flush, and flush twice each time. Then it’s fine for me. Been doing this for ages and doesn’t block. Just flush a couple times as sometimes depending on the shape it’s clumped, it won’t flow with the flush on the first go 😂 **Q: How long you can use this for ?** A: You do need to keep topping it up and then I do a complete clean. Lasts about 10 days per pack for 3 cats in a robot litter tray so around 3 weeks for the box. Luckily, I bought this and vanilla at the same time to test. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very nice product, but lack of the smell absorption *by C***R on 15 January 2025* As the title says, I find this product very good! It has a very good smelling vanilla scent that I like. Slightly too pronounced for me, but it smells awesome so tolerable. And my cat used it without issue so I assume it is also tolerable for him. The water absorption is not the top tier but it clumps well, and the clumps do not easily break. It is also basically dust free comparing to the mineral litters, which is a large plus for me! The Ever Clean I used was causing the cat to sneeze every time he go to the litter, and it also caused me to caught whenever he used it. A big downside about this litter is that it has a horrible smell absorption, and it does not absorb the moisture from the poop very well. But thankfully it is very easy to wash off if anything is attached to the litter scoop. Overall, I'd recommend this product if you don't mind the odour control and you or your cat is sensitive to dust. But you'll would clean the litter more often... twice a day at least! I personally would mix it with Ever Clean (unscented) by 1:1 ratio. As it'd surpress the dustiness of the mineral litters and add on some nice smell. While Ever Clean would add a much better odour control and moisture obsorption to the litter mix!
