Comes with lots of accessories and my kids love playing doctor! The blood pressure cuff has velcro so it will stay on the arm and if you squeeze it the air will make an arrow rotate around pointing to different numbers which my girls love the interactive play! The cell phone takes 2 A A batteries (not included) and every button makes beeping noises or ringing noises! The thermometer has a dial that you turn and it has different numbers that show up. The pager (my kids have no idea what this is lol) makes noises when you press the buttons. The stethoscope alternates between a cough noise and a heart beating noise when you press the button. The shot has a spring in it so when you press it down it will pop back up instead of having to pull it back up yourself. Everything feels super durable and I am very pleased with the quality in this set.
