They're easy to swallow, and for those who struggle with taking them, the instructions say that you can open the capsules and mix it into your favorite drink, so you have options.Smell: Standard multivitamin smell. It's an improvement from the one I was previously taking, which had a vanilla scented packet in it that made it smell and taste like vanilla protein powder.Taste: Minimal taste that I noticed. Not sure about taste with the loose powder.Side effects: I took two capsules at least one hour after eating and I haven't had any side effects yet, including no nausea or vomiting, so might be in the clear. Other women may have a different experience, but I did fine.Energy: No noticeable change in energy yet, but I'll update this if there's any changes.Quality: Seems like good quality so far, based on the ingredients.
