As a bonus it also managed to access a 3 1/2 inch SATA 3 hard disk as a hard disk. It also runs both at full USB 3 speed (if your PC has a USB3 port) Is just a dongle so no enclosure but much cheaper because of that I did ask US technical suport about the enclosed power supply and they responded fast with an answer to my questions on plug dimensions for an alternate UK power supply I was lucky that I already had a mains adapter plug to go from the enclosed US 2 pin power supply to a UK plug. They only sell the US version of the product and it comes from amazon US.
