This foot soak did leave my feet soft, clean, and refreshed, and I did relax while soaking. I got a nice size jar of these salts. The ingredients used are: Magnesium Sulfate (Mineral Salts), Sodium Borate (Desert Mineral Salts), Maltodextrin (from corn), Silica (from earth), Coconut Milk, Mel (Honey). The directions are pretty simple. after i filled a basin with warm water I added 2-3 tbsp of this blend, I mixed until the salt dissolved , soaked my feet for 15-20 minutes.
