Powder is starch! *by L***Y on February 21, 2023* •[HONEST PRODUCT REVIEW]• >• The PRODUCT! •< ▪︎ Six colors: pink, light green, dark purple, orange, yellow, blue! ▪︎Each grippy has 20 rows of 25 tiny tendrils that make up the "fuzziness" ▪︎Stretchy, squishy, bendy, 'silicone like' material >• THE GOOD •< ▪︎ 50 in container! ▪︎COLORFUL! ▪︎Soft! Fun! ▪︎Tactile Stimulation ▪︎Can DIY fidgets! ▪︎Versatile ▪︎ Nice to rub. ▪︎ Soft mochi squishy consistency. ▪︎ Can be bath toys! ▪︎ Good for people who need to pick, or pull on things. Good for sensory bins or fidgets collections. Multi purpose. Can put on a string, dowel rod, inflated with a straw, for different fidget needs. Can stretch over marbles. Stretches about an inch and a half to two inches in diameter. >• The Mindful Considerations •< ▪︎Can tear if not gentle, the 'spines' will snap if yanked too hard. ▪︎ DO NOT keep on fingers for extended periods of time! Will constrict blood flow! ▪︎ Will gather dust / cat hair. Wash in the sink with soap, towel dry and then starch with powder corn starch. This keeps the tendrils from matting together. ▪︎ Corn starch / starch after any damp exposure such as a wash, to water, or bathtub use! ▪︎ Light smell, not bad though like other reviews mentioned. ▪︎Different amounts per color! ▪︎Very slight oil material. Do not fling on walls or throw on objects susceptible to staining. Must powder first. ▪︎ Fibers / tendrils may get stuck - bundled up. Use a toothpick to get it unstuck then powder with starch. >• The Nostalgic •< ▪︎ These remind me of the blow up fuzzy arcade balls. Or the inflated fuzzy silicone animals. Has the same soft mochi texture to these items and made of the same kind of material. The also are the material as the stretchy monkey fidgit noodles. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Kids love them *by J***H on June 20, 2026* I used these as class rewards this year. They were a favorite for sure. If you like sensory things, you will like this. A lot of times the kids would just fidget with them which doesn’t bother me at all because I’m also a fidgeter. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for adults *by D***. on August 29, 2021* These squishy pencil cushions are perfect for adults! They are really comfortable and soft to use! They are helping to soften a calloused area on one of my fingers! Cons: Not made for kids, they play with them and the cushions are soon destroyed! They are made from a rubbery substance that after several days use, becomes sticky and the little spick thingies started to mat up. If you replace it for several days and then go back to, you can straighten the spicks and go again for several days. May be because it's the heat of the summer, I don't know. My bottle came without a lid, crammed in a thin plastic bag. I hope yours comes complete with lid! I would still recommend for adult use!! ## Frequently Bought Together - Special Supplies 50 Squishy Pencil Grips for Kids and Adults - Colorful, Cushioned Holders for Handwriting, Drawing, Coloring - Ergonomic Right or Left-Handed Use - Reusable (50-Pack) - Special Supplies Egg Pen-Pencil Grips for Kids and Adults Colorful, Cushioned Holders for Handwriting, Drawing, Coloring - Ergonomic Right or Left-Handed Use - Reusable (6-Pack) - The Pencil Grip Original Pencil Grippers 6 Pcs, Improves Kids Handwriting, Ergonomic Pen Holder for Righties & Lefties, Ideal for Kids, Toddlers, Adults, Writing Tool with Finger Cushion --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/260394288-special-supplies-50-squishy-pencil-grips-for-kids-and-adults](https://www.desertcart.us/products/260394288-special-supplies-50-squishy-pencil-grips-for-kids-and-adults) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
