I was there for plantar faciitis and they found out my ankles were weak. You sand on 1 foot while you keep the other slightly off the ground so you can learn to balance. At first my ankle would wobble and now it is much stronger. They are rubber and easy to wipe clean, I also bought the blue which is the intermediate color; black is softest so it is the hardest because it requires good core strength and balance. all in all they are virtually indestructible and have a variety of uses for the hips, knee, ankle etc.. It has a book that shows the different poses. It you are week in your core, ankles, etc.. start with the blue before going to the black. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent for balance training. *by on Reviewed in the United States March 16, 2026* I use this for Vestibular therapy.
