Good quality, and they do help sound proof nicely. I am a proffesional voice over artist, and I'm putting together an upgraded voice over mini studio in my home, and this studio foam is a great addition. Oh! And not only are they an awesome price, I love that you can pick from a variety of colors. I bought this for my son who is building a small recording room in his house. He was having some difficulty with his acoustics, but with these foam pieces his sound floor is where he needs it. He had some problems getting the foam to stay properly and they would fall off at random so he applied the foam to some cardboard panels with spray adhesive then to the wall with command strips and they held very well so he was pleased with the installation. I believe he plans to buy more of them as he finishes his studio.
