A: yes, left side over heart.

A: Hi yes it is a woman’s coat

**Q: What are the measurements of the sizes should a slender tall 13yr old wear a small**
A: I don't know the exact measurements,  but a size small was a perfect fit for me. I'm 4'11 and about 113 lbs. Hope this helps.
