Large enough to cook small amounts of food (not just eggs). Small enough to make really good egg rolls. Coating is all the way around the pan and seamless.Cons: nonstick coating is so slippery hard to roll the eggs when the eggs are slipping around so much. Not really a terrible thing. Also I have a smooth top stove. Some water I didn't see was in the impression on the bottom of the pan. When placed on the burner the pan literally rolled off the burner on the water droplets. I've never had a pan this nonstick before. I love it. Got spoiled real quick on it. Takes very little oil. Also, season it before first use. Clean it with sudsy water and non abrasive scrubber. Dry well and boil water in it. Then scrub it again. Dry it well and heat for a minute or two on stove. Wipe it with a layer of oil. Do that once a month (or more if cooking high acid foods) to protect the coating. Don't use metal utensils.
