Could I use this on an electric stove top or gas stove top?** A: I use on electric stove and have no issues. Works perfect ! **Q: Can you boil eggs in this pan? Would it damage the coating? Also, where can i get lid that matches this?** A: Your only supposed to use the pan on med heat. Would not recommend boiling eggs in pan, it would likely ruin the non stick surface. **Q: Dishwasher safe?** A: No, the pan is not dishwasher safe. Only use pan on low or medium heat. Do not use pan on high heat. Let pan heat on low for about 1 min or so before cooking in pan. Running the pan through the dishwasher will ruin the nonstick coating. Using high heat on pan will ruin the nonstick coating. Only use silicone or wooden utensils with pan, i dont use nylon utensils. Handwash pan only. Very nice pan though.
