We use this tape for a lot of applications once applied it tends to stay and stay on for a long time even when it gets wet. When removed it tends not to leave a tacky residue after removal. I've used it for taping down UT Heating on Snake and reptile cages. Kids use it to as book binding backing... when they make home made books. monkey bars at the local play ground. PVC piping too.

We do 4 community events a year so everything sits unused for months and we can rely on this tape to perform regardless of how long it's been sitting. I am a retired pro photographer, this is one of the very rare REAL Gaffer tape's being sold on Amazon. Unlike the generic stuff that has a paper backing, tears super easily, and has terrible glue, the Gaffer Power is strong, has good glue, and a real fiber backing; this stuff works. . Works great for everything from framing hinges to taping modifiers on lights to general home improvement projects where you don't want residue from duct-tape but need more hold than painters tape.
