Je prends des cachets contre le cholestérol (statines) qui me procuraient des tendinites aux coudes et épaules. Depuis que je prends ces deux produits, fini les tendinites et retour de la pêche ! Les produits s'absorbent sans aucun soucis apparent (pour moi rien n'a changé côté digestion ou autres). Je ne peux que vous les recommander (dans d'autres pays ces produits sont systématiquement prescrits avec les statines...)
