**Q: what is the pattern you should use for these?  like how many rows and how far apart.**
A: A staggered pattern is used. Typically one snow guard is placed between every seam; unless the seams are 24" apart then two snow guards are used between every seam. Place the first snow guard 18" from the edge of the roof, place the next snow guard in the next seam 36" from the edge, the third in the next seam 18" from the edge and so on. This will make a staggered pattern across the roof. The amount of rows needed depends on the snow load in your area and the pitch of your roof. **Q: Do these come with screws?**
A: No it does not. A typical roofing screw with and EDPM washer can be used.
