Birkenstock Kay SL/NL The Kay SL offers all the advantages of the Birkenstock classic Tokyo & Boston combined in one model. The upper instep strap can be folded back if needed and then provides as a heel strap for added support. The super outsole is non-slip, rolls off ideally and also oil and grease resistant. Its EVA midsole has Leather design over an additional soft bed. It permanently and reliably cushions every step – even with sensitive feet. Especially in the medical sector, this high degree of flexibility and sure-footedness is required. All super outsole models are tested according to the specifications of EN ISO 20347:2012 for slip resistance.

First off, they are birks, well known, well made and therapeutic for your feet. Second, they are iconic, i got the clack ones, and I know all the 'kids" today think crocs are street ware? the berks scream haute couture made of the best materials, meticulously designed and well thought out execution reminds be of brands like LV, Prada but down to earth and affordable... Birkenstock if your listening I need a brown pair, a white pair and navy blue. they are gorgeous AND comfortable! perfect for the plane, yacht or a night out followed by a brunch and afternoon at the louvre. I LOVE THESE SHOES! Thanks Birkenstock designers and crafts people. you nailed it.
