The leather finish is flaking off, and the toe area is already showing signs of separating. For a premium-priced shoe that’s supposed to last for years, this is extremely disappointing. I expected much better quality from Birkenstock. I take good care of my shoes, so this level of wear after such a short time is unacceptable.
