**Q: How hot does the foil have to get to adhere? I'd like to use it to apply foil onto plastic models without melting the plastic.**
A: The foil has to be very hot.  Probably will melt an
indention on your plastic models. Try using rub on 
foil products that use a wood stick to rub on.
