He grew up on a farm and his parents always butchered their own beef and pork. He often buys huge pork loins to cut into chops and this time he used all the excess meat to grind up into ground pork. He seasoned it with a variety of seasonings (paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, Italian) and put it through my kitchen aid using this attachment. He then used it for Italian meatballs over spaghetti for dinner and oh my gosh, it was delicious!! The attachment was pretty easy to install and remove and also clean. It said on the instructions to wash only with hot water but we weren’t comfortable with that because it was obviously covered in raw meat. We used dawn dish soap to throughly cleanse it. Overall, we’re pleased. We’ve used this several times and have been happy with the results. I’m including a few photos and a video just to provide a better look at what to expect.
