However, I had a hormonal breakout and it didn't do much to cover those except for the redness. It still does a fantastic job for a tinted moisturizer. It stays on well throughout the day too. As far as the product separating, I give mine a shake before I use it and it doesn't come out watery like some other reviewers have said. It's not a smooth, thick formula but once it's blended into your skin it looks fine. I think a weird consistency is not a bad trade off for a non-toxic foundation. Some makeup has an odd smell to it, but this only has a light sunscreen smell that goes away over time. This is perfect for traveling or a light makeup day. It went on smoothly, felt light and was a great color match. The further I get into the tube the more I realize the pigmentation and sunscreen separated and now the consistency is thicker and more noticeable on my skin. I guess I was not able to effectively massage the tube to properly combine the ingredients. I also found my skin was more congested using this product, possibly because it was hard to get off my skin, even with a double cleanse. Stopped using and went back to my old product that's not EWG certified.
