**Q: Do they have nonslip silicone strip on the inside?**
A: They aren’t real Spanx. For the same price get real ones at the store. Real ones have the silicone strip and material is soft. The one’s I bought from this vendor are rough , no silicone strip and the label is fake. Don’t waist your money.

**Q: How thick is the band? (How many inches is the band?)**
A: It's probably 3 inches thick on the sides. But I can't really recommend them....they creep up SO badly in the back! I wore them for a day, and ended up throwing them out. They were that unbearably uncomfortable.

**Q: I weigh 195 lbs. 5'4" what size should i get?**
A: Size chart gives measurements: Med Waist: 31-33" / Hip: 38-40.5" -- Large-Waist: 33.5-35.5" / hip 41-43" -- XL-Waist: 36-39" / Hip 43.5-45.5"
