Review: Pretty good product - Good product Review: Just like the TheraBand Wellness Station Resistance Band Handles at my physical therapy clinic - I finally bought these handles to use with my TheraBand Resistance Bands for my physical therapy exercises at home and WOW - what a difference these make! Before, I would wrap my TheraBand Resistance Bands around my hands and not only was it uncomfortable, it would actually cut off circulation and ultimately hurt; so, I eventually stopped doing certain physical therapy exercises at home. I just received these today and my exercises were a breeze on my hands. I need these to help me exercise one of my shoulders to strengthen and prepare for surgery to repair severe tears, move a tend up several inches and tack it down into proper place, as well as address some other issues with medical lingo I cannot recall. I need this surgery specifically to avoid a complete shoulder replacement; and, simultaneously, I need these foam handles in conjunction with my resistance bands to achieve my medical goals. Who knew something as inexpensive as this pair of TheraBand Resistance Band Handles could play such a significant role in avoiding a surgery procedure as complex and serious as a total shoulder replacement? All said, I highly recommend these even if you don’t need surgery. Why not use these to avoid hand discomfort or pain; strengthen muscles; and, prevent potential atrophy by babying sore shoulders. I cannot speak to durability as I’ve only had these a couple hours, although, if I have issues beyond desertcart’s 30-day free return policy (for Prime Members), I’ll simply contact TheraBand directly. Another reason I ordered this additional set is convenience - I didn’t want to un-knot and re-knot bands for different PT exercises.
