A: Bridge sized playing cards are narrower because it's a full deal game where you're dealt 13 cards so they are easier to hold all of them. Poker sized decks are wider because you are dealt fewer cards.

A: I have orderd this exact deck and it is brown when I got it. Online it does look purple though.
