Any suggestions?** A: I just received and installed these... The new latch screwed into the original holes and lined up well with the original 2-screw post. No need to even use the new post if you don't want to... Other thoughts - the new latch seemed flimsy and weak so I don't have much faith in it, although for us we don't really need it. The hinges were what we really needed for 2 coolers (a small and a medium). They fit well and seem a lot better than the latch, just remains to be seen how long they will last.
