The inner belt has like a 16 inch long stiff area and the rest is floppy. Good enough to use my cr920x in an appendix holster then the mags on the outer belt. My buddy got the same setup & says my inner belt is flimsier than the one he got. Are there different versions?** A: it is flexible exactly what you want, anything harder will be uncomfortable for long period of time. **Q: Does it come with a buckle?** A: The belt is secured by velcro. There is a buckle of sorts but it is more of a guard to prevent snags I suppose.
