I'd been taking these for awhile then one bottle had foreign matter in one of the gummies that broke 2 teeth. They denied payment of my claim at the same time admitting this is a problem they know about but haven't fixed yet. So if you want to risk a mouth injury...but I wouldn't buy them. I switched to Natures Bounty no foreign objects in their products reported.
