This is also a darker color in terms of there dyes so idk if 'highlighting' would be achieved. But if you mean just to put it on certain sections and others then definitely! I currently have my hair dyed three different colors. **Q: Is this pouch resealable or can it be sealed in another container and used later?** A: There's a twist cap so the package can be resealed.
