Crafted from durable, woven fiberglass, these wicks provide a long-lasting, steady flame that outperforms traditional cotton wicks. Easy to trim and maintain, they ensure a clean burn with minimal smoke, making them the smart choice for stylish, sustainable outdoor lighting. ## Description Why are fiberglass wicks better then cotton wicks? Unlike replacement cotton wicks, our fiberglass wicks will last indefinitely with normal use, saving you money and time in the long run. Our replacement wicks require only about 1/4" to 1/2" exposure from the torch or lamp. For best results, the fiberglass wick should be exposed just enough to provide a smooth and steady flame shape. If your wick is overexposed, the flame will be unsteady, ragged, smoke excessively and waste fuel. And 1/2 inch wick provide you a desired flame. Fiberglass wicks are not consumed during use, however, they may need to be replaced if contaminated with water or poor-quality fuel. You will find wick replacement necessary when switching between paraffin oil, torch fuel or kerosene, and remember to let a new wick absorb the oil in the lamp before you light it. Review: real fiberglass - real fiberglass wick. use with kerosene, paraffin LLP or lamp oil. add a little citronella or eucalyptus oil for great aroma. I have the wick touching the bottom of the mason jar. They would light and die out after a couple of minutes.** A: Mine work perfectly fine in wine bottles. I put a filler in rocks or glass beads etc. i let them soak for 20 minutes and haven’t had a single issue. They light right up every time and stay lit. **Q: Can any tiki type oil be used with these wicks?** A: I use regular tiki torch fuel like you can buy at Walmart, Lowes or Home Depot. You can get it with or without Citronella. Do not use lantern/lamp oil because it's not the same thing. That is for lanterns. **Q: Just bought these. Mine fell apart in less than 60 days. Do you warranty your products?** A: Yes,we warranty our fiberglass absorb the oil well and provide a perfect burning effect. The part of the wick steeped in oil will absorb the oil and expand a bit.If you have any question on using please mail us and we can help you figure out the issue. **Q: Can these be used for the glade plug-in diffusers?** A: No. These are much wider than glade plugins. They are wider than a pencil and cannot be compressed that small ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ real fiberglass *by R***. on 20 July 2016* real fiberglass wick. use with kerosene, paraffin LLP or lamp oil. add a little citronella or eucalyptus oil for great aroma. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excelente producto *by M***O on 24 March 2024* El material de fibra de vidrio es más duradero que las de algodón y la forma del residuo es más manejable, altamente recomendables. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Totally worth the purchase. *by V***. on 12 September 2024* Way better than the stock wicks you get with your tiki torch/canisters. I didn't think there would be much of a difference, but man it's a significant difference. It burns a lot more efficiently and lasts way longer than the ones that are provided stock. The ones that came with my torches started to fray and bubble up less than an hour of being lit. But these ones kept their form and didn't bubble up and all throughout the duration I've had them burning (which was at least 2-4 hours). Honestly best wicks I've used so far. ## Frequently Bought Together - EricX Light Long Life Fiberglass Replacement Wicks for Tiki Torch - 12 Piece - 0.5 by 9.85 Inch - TIKI Citronella Torch Fuel, Easy Pour, Long-Lasting for Outdoor Torches & Table Torches, with Citronella & Lemongrass Oil, for Patio, Garden & Backyard, 128 oz - TIKI Brand BiteFighter Mosquito Repellent Torch Fuel, Citronella & Cedar Formula for Mosquito Repellency, Easy Pour Bottle, Use with Torches & Table Torches, Outdoor & Backyard Use, 100 Ounces --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.us/products/256753677-long-life-fiberglass-replacement-tiki-torch-wick-12-piece-0](https://www.desertcart.us/products/256753677-long-life-fiberglass-replacement-tiki-torch-wick-12-piece-0) --- *Product available on Desertcart United States of America* *Store origin: US* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
